E-Practice

The firm is actively engaged in practice electronically. Our Gurgaon office has a experience of running TIN Facilitation Centre for more than five years. Through this license firm is allowed to receive e-TDS returns on behalf of NSDL. We were the one and alone firm in Gurgaon ‘the city of Technology’, who have the license. After getting NSDL License we started e-practice in full flow. We hired technical persons to maintain the network of hardware and computer software in Gurgaon office. We have also started for filing of income tax returns, service tax returns, deposition of service tax and income tax online.

Now since MCA-21 project implemented by Ministry of Company Affairs for making all transaction electronically we have involved our selves actively, in this new area. We have already obtained Digital Signatures for our firm as well as for our clients. MCA-21 also announces the scheme of Certified filing centre (CFC) for which we were the Ist applicant for Gurgaon and same is successfully through to Ministry of Company affairs.
